Our Senior Associate, Lydia Santoso is a practicing Notary Public. She is able to assist with the preparation, witnessing and certification of various documents for use overseas.

Nicholas George Lawyers offers a full service for documents to be used in anywhere in the world from notarising to lodging documents with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and attending consulates or embassies for legalisation. If you require your documents to be sent overseas we are also able to arrange express postage to your required location.

If you decide to engage Nicholas George Lawyers to notarise documents for you please bring along a copy of your current passport. If you do not own a passport then please bring along your drivers licence or identification card as well as your Medicare card or credit card as proof of identity.
